MIMI LE

Mimi is an Administrative Coordinator at the MGH Disparities Solutions Center, where she provides administrative and operational support to the Center’s leadership and staff. In her role, she helps coordinate schedules and meetings, supports communications and special projects, manages office operations, and assists with the planning and execution of Center programs and events. She also serves as a welcoming point of contact for individuals and organizations working to advance health equity and reduce disparities in health care.

Mimi holds a Bachelor of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and brings several years of experience in healthcare administration, patient services, and clinical research. Prior to joining the Disparities Solutions Center, she worked at Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Mount Auburn Hospital, where she supported clinical and administrative teams, coordinated scheduling and office operations, and provided service to patients and providers. She has also gained experience in laboratory and clinical research settings. Mimi is passionate about public health and healthcare and is excited to continue learning while supporting the DSC’s work to improve quality and advance equity in health care.
